Senior Partner/Consultant Tibor Jung returned from LAI’s first project in the People’s Republic of China earlier this month. Tibor visited two sites in Suzhou, near Shanghai, that are two of the several sites that make up the Asia-Pacific region for this global client. He performed a Maintenance Work Management Simulation exercise, followed up with on-site coaching and training in support of their Work Management Planning & Scheduling effort.
